Overall I would definitely go back again. I am very picky on cleanliness of a room and it was up to my standard. That there says it all to me. Plus all my questions were answered.

Liked: The room I was in.
Disliked: Only getting charged an extra fee they didn't know where it came from.

Disliked: The breakfast offering was the worst I have encountered in pretty much any hotel I have stayed at. Nasty powdered eggs, no fruit, the orange juice dispensed lightly colored water. Very disappointed,

Disliked: Half of the tv channels do not work, internet was extremely slow, ceiling lights in room didn’t work, hallways and elevators extremely hot

Liked: Everything was great! I loved that they were able to accommodate an extra bed for us!
Disliked: I think the trees need to be trimmed because I kept hearing the branches scraping against the window/siding throughout the night. The door knob to the bathroom needs to get fixed.
