Disliked: Our stay started off on a very disappointing note. We arrived late to our reservation and were met by a front desk staff member african-american man who was extremely rude and clearly bothered by our arrival. Unfortunately, he refused to check us into our room, which left us scrambling to find another hotel late at night — not the experience anyone wants after a long day of travel.However, I want to commend the management at this location for their exceptional response once I brought the issue to their attention. The managers I spoke with were kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about what had happened. They immediately issued a refund without hesitation and expressed sincere regret over the behavior we encountered.While the initial experience was upsetting, the way the management handled the situation was top-notch and very much appreciated. Their professionalism went a long way in making things right, and for that, I’m grateful.

Liked: Comfortable and modern room. Good breakfast and helpful personal. Close to Whole Foods.
Disliked: Smell of mold. HVAC is constantly working without switching it off.

Liked: Very convenient for our trip. Me, my dad and sister went to a show at Love and War and it was less than 5 minute drive away. Comfortable and clean, each staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful.
