Disliked: staff not very helpful. We asked for an early trip to the airport. The concierge told us that taxis at an early hour are unreliable, but never mentioned the hotel’s coach.

Liked: The property had everything that we needed and many nice things that we didn’t need this trip. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The woman in the front reception when we checked in, (was her name Danya? Danyita?) was so kind, pleasant, efficient, and with a broad smile she made a long day of traveling much more pleasant!
Disliked: The sofa in the lobby/lounge needs reupholstering.

Liked: It was a terrible experience with disrespectful and aggressive front desk staff.
Disliked: It was a terrible experience with disrespectful and aggressive front desk staff. I regret not calling the company and getting the employee ID number to place a formal complaint. The woman on the front desk was screaming on the phone, arguing with customers, a total disappointment and a very unusual experience for a hospitality establishment. If staff is unfit to be in hospitality, they should be terminated or moved to a position that best fits their capabilities.
