Good for a quick weekend...

Liked: I LOVED the lady at the front desk! She was so friendly and very pleasant to visit with! The room size was great and bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and a short drive to AT&T Stadium where my event was. Breakfast had a little bit of everything and was tasty. Loved the safety feeling that it was tucked away off the busy street. I would consider staying here again for a short weekend.
Disliked: There was a smoky/unusual odor in the hotel and my room. There was a bug I noticed crawling on the common space table upon arrival. The bathroom was fairly dirty, cracks in the bath wall, and shower did not drain. Overall I can tell the property is older and could use some updates soon! I had also requested a higher floor during booking for safety and privacy reasons. I think there was an oversight with this because I was on the first floor.

I stay here quite often.

Liked: Secluded, safe, several walkable restaurants.
Disliked: Laundry machine was out of order.

What a good value

Liked: The location is great, close to things without being loud. Staff was friendly, felt safe the whole time we were there. Would stay again as it was a great price
Disliked: Bathroom could be updated more but wasn't really a bad thing

Decent stay for a decent...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Great location as i have family in Dallas and Ftw.
Disliked: There was a large amount of broken glass found in the pull out couch late the first night. The housekeeper was appologetic, but I never heard from management or even the front desk. As we travel with small children, this could have been pretty bad. I felt this warranted a word from management. No compensations were made even though this occurred late night and was a dangerous and frustrating hassle.
