Liked: Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Excellent parking. Check in re eptiinidt was very helpful and personable. Lots if seating for hot breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast seating area was not furnished attractively.

Good family night away.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Security lights in parking lot made me a little leery.

Liked: This was a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, great staff, & amenities were great.

Liked: The breakfast was great everything was fresh and clean I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Columbus
Disliked: The pool area was off the chain kids running everywhere being obnoxious parents just not watching them

Bad

Disliked: I didn’t like that I, who is 20 years of age, wasn’t actually able to check myself into my room because I’m not 21, even though I paid for the room in advance! If your policies require your guests to be 21+ then those guests should be made well aware of that policy through clear instructions on the booking website. However, even though the hotel clerk ASSURED me that the 21+ guest policy was clearly there, I have yet to actually find it. I respect a companies wishes to have age restrictions for checking in, however I don’t respect not clearly stating that policy on their website before someone, like myself, books and pays for a room.
