Liked: The property was very clean and staff couldn’t have been nicer.
Disliked: The breakfast was out of food and the coffee was not available until later.

Liked: It was a very nice place...
Disliked: So they charged me twice..which is like a total of 600 dollars for 2 nights..I went and told the front desk immediately and she told me she would have it fixed. They never got it fixed, nobody ever called me back..I had to file a dispute with my bank...I am still dealing with this matter nearly two months later. This is just sloppy. 300 dollars is a lot of money to me and to just not even care to try and fix it or call me back is disgusting.

Disliked: The managerI’m first shift was not quite pleasant. I was assuming and talking with the employee who I assume was New and it’s just his attitude, maybe his posture and it just didn’t sit right with me and the room that I ordered online was not what it look like online and I know pictures is 1000 words, but it could’ve been better four us coming from out of town to enjoy Columbia.
