Passable
Liked: The location was great. Easy to get to everything and plenty of parking. However, the room was not good. The doors to all the rooms are white paint and they have dirt showing on them. So right off the bat it doesn’t seem super clean. The carpet in our room was torn and ripping up. Weird stains on walls and lots of rusting. The linens were clean though. I did ask about when the rooms would be cleaned and they said every other day. So the day it was due to clean, we returned around 3 pm and our room had not been touched. When I called they said their next person would do it when they arrived at 4. Came back at 9:30 pm and still a pile of dirty towels, no clean replacements. Had to call again for that. I will say though the front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly about it, but there seems to be a disconnect with it getting done. Overall, not a terrible stay but wouldn’t be back. As for breakfast, very standard no complaints there at all. Again, pleasant staff. Was always greeted and they were very nice.

Liked: Breakfast items were adequate and location was convenient
Disliked: I reserved a king non handicapped room. They gave us a queen handicapped room. Needed to use the ironing board and iron. The ironing board was broken so it wouldn’t stay up. Had to iron with it flat on the floor. The iron leaked water all over the item I was ironing and I didn’t put in a lot of water. Needed to use the pull out sofa. No bedding for it in the room. Called down for it and 2 hrs later, still didn’t have it. Went down to the desk to get it myself. Glad we were there for only 1 night. Would think twice before I would stay at a Towne Place suites again.

Liked: The rooms was very clean
Disliked: Well from starters we book our room for valentines and we had no heat the whole stay nor did anyone try to accommodate us we basically freeze that weekend

Liked: It was a really nice location and the sweet girl up front was wonderful. I wish I'd gotten her name she was super sweet! I would recommend. It was quiet and easy to navigate. There was several places to walk to and a grocery store in walking distance.

Adequate for what I needed...
Liked: Convenient to the funeral I was attending.
Disliked: Dryer vents blow out onto the patio and parking lot where you enter the building. Lint everywhere. Could not access building from side entrance with key after dark. Lock was broken. Privacy lock in room was broken. The place needs maintenance overall.

Liked: The breakfast was very good, and the lady who takes care of it was very kind and proactive. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was one of the best.
Disliked: The room was very small. I regret that we booked the option with the sofa bed. When it was unfolded, you couldn't access the bed or the air conditioner at all. The sofa was also EXTREMELY uncomfortable and not very clean. The room only had plates and cups. The kitchen did not have a single pan or pot. There was a notice in the kitchen stating that you could borrow various kitchen utensils at the reception (e.g., a blender, a rice cooker...), but it would still be nice to have some basic utensils in the room.
