Not as wheelchair accessible as...

Liked: Comfortable Bed. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Wheelchair accessible room on third floor with no fire escape plan for person in wheelchair. Room not as accessible as hoped. Bathroom counter cannot be reached because of lack of knee room. Fridge door was on backwards for wheelchair access. Wheelchair door button didn't work. Carpet in bedroom makes wheeling difficult. Very uncomfortable pull out couch.

Liked: Really enjoyed our room, comfy and spacious
Disliked: My kids were not fans of the breakfast, also when I called to book I was told the pool was open, however, they failed to mention that it was completely booked for the ENTIRETY of our stay so kind of disappointing

Liked: We came from Toronto to visit the town for just one day! We stayed at this Hotel, and it was just amazing! We felt so safe, the room is new and perfectly equipped with everything you need and super clean! We had to come back and we are here again for another night! We decided to visit another small town but wanted to stay again at the same hotel! We just loved it!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I liked most everything about this place; a wonderful hiking trail just down from the parking lot with a river to one side. Hotel was quiet, clean and staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: only thing I wished was the window could open for some fresh air.

Liked: Overall the stay was excellent. Clean , quiet and comfortable room The welcome snack Bag was a bonus and gave us a good feeling this Hotel was class. The breakfast was also very well presented in a box with good coffee and tea Could have changed it up the next day with something different inside. I will come back and recommend
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was the lack of proper pots and utensils for cooking on stove and microwave. The Microwave could have been better if there was a Convection feature. I also noticed a extra charge on the bill TMP - Travel Marketing Program. This is suppose to asked if we wanted it added. This charge is not automatically added to a Hotel bill

Liked: Due to COVID the kitchen was closed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was provided a to go breakfast with a bagel, eggs, muffin and yogurt. Fresh fruit was available at the coffee bar. Thank you very much!
