Not nice

Convenient to the airport, but...
Liked: Clean, well-appointed room in a convenient location to the airport. We appreciated the shuttle service!
Disliked: Guests beware: One side of the hotel faces the garage where buses ferry airport employees to and from the airport at all hours of the night. It is noisy -- and the hotel knows it. There were earplugs waiting for us in the room. They are not enough. If you can, request a room higher up and opposite the side that faces the garage!

Its ok.
Liked: It was near the airport and there was a free shuttle to the airport we used. The room was big.
Disliked: Some initial difficulties checking in as we had used 'a third provider' I.e booking.com. Eventually got sorted Room was nice and big BUT it was very noisy from traffic most of night. Getting up at 3 am to go to the airport i accidentally left my earrings in the room, which were very sentinlmental to me. I asked the shuttle driver to let the hotel know. I emailed the hotel group and they found them,unfortunately they use a site called ' I left my stuff' and they wanted to charge me $225 dollars to return some tiny silver earrings!!! Gutted as my child bought me them. Had to decline and let them go. Rubbish service.

Good marks on facility, but...
Liked: The room was pleasant, comfortable, and fine and location good.
Disliked: Check in was difficult. Staff was unhelpful. There was no Porter. As an elder traveling alone and not being tech savvy, I got no support. For example, there was no notice in the elevator telling me that I had to use my key to tap something to get the elevator to move. There was no sign on the cooler area where there was food for sale explaining how to pay and no one was there. The person who checked me in was rude, including when I called down to the desk later to ask a question.
