Liked: Friendly service and a comfortable, clean modern hotel. Quick drive from Logan and hotel provides a shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Temperature control in room did NOT work.

Liked: The staff was very helpful

Liked: Bus station next to the hotel.
Disliked: No housekeeping 24/7 so if you need towels or sheets overnight they don’t bring it to you. Also housekeeping every-other-day not everyday.

Liked: Love the location and the staff. The shuttle driver was particularly helpful.
Disliked: Faucet in bathroom dripped. Toilet paper holder broken away from wall on one side. Other guests extremely loud for 1/2 hour around 6 am. I was getting ready to leave so it wasn't as bad for me as it probably was for others trying to sleep.

Overall it was decent for...

Liked: It was comfortable
Disliked: The pool was closed for “maintenance” all three days and that is the biggest reason that I chose that location in the first place.
