I enjoyed every minute of...

Liked: I loved everything! The staff was welcoming, check in was quick. I was accommodated without having to ask. The amenities were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing! Joe was extremely helpful and he continuously made sure we were comfortable. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a loooong time so it was refreshing! I almost booked another night but I had to leave town. Everything was clean, cozy, and convenient!
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was kinda iffy. It did not connect to some devices at all.

If you are looking for...

Liked: It was a decent hotel that was close to children’s hospital
Disliked: There was trash that was left by the stairs over night and sheets and blankets that was left on the hallway over night. Room seemed to be dusty and unkept

Overall a very nice facility

Liked: Quiet location. Nice deck area
Disliked: Weekend breakfast was a little lacking. Also staff needed to keep things stocked better.
