Disliked: We were on the 4th floor. They had been having lots of rain storms. We were in for the night when my daughter said water was dripping on her head. I looked over her bed the ceiling had split open1a was dripping on her. I went down to the front desk and the lady tha was there after I told her what was going on did nothing I had to tell her to get me another room she said to me " you can't stay in that room?" Beyond frustrated at that point her lack of willingness to help me was beyond crazy ..

Disliked: My dad told to many people in our group what room i was in. So nothing the staff or owners did. Seriously it was pretty nice
