It was okay
Liked: Location, friendliness, kitchenette as I do cook and bring food for my kids
Disliked: I booked this hotel for the pool for my kids to use and to my surprise it was not available. I did not see anywhere indicating that the pool was closed otherwise I would have booked at another hotel. The shower was out f conditioner and had no do not disturb signs (little things but things I do use especially the door sign).

I would never stay here...
Liked: The property is worn down. The carpet smells like smoke and the microwave sounded like it was going to explode. People were very loud in the other room and you could hear through the walls. The staff are very polite and nice. Breakfast was awful. Very few selection.

Comfortable stay, phenomenal staff, pleasant...
Liked: May favorite part of the accommodation by far was the chair in the room. I know it sounds odd but it’s the perfect reading chair! My favorite part overall was the staff - super attentive and welcoming. Everyone was so wonderful to interact with!
Disliked: There were a couple carpenter ants in the room that made me a little paranoid, but that was it. No other bugs and I think those might have gotten in through the window.
