Horrendous

Liked: Clean and comfy beds.
Disliked: AC did not work. When raising the issue with staff the front desk manager was hostile and rude. The operations manager was unreachable and did not return any voicemails. Knew there was an issues in multiple rooms with AC units that did not work and refused to acknowledge the lack of quality and hospitality of their facility.
