It was a nice stay...

Liked: The staff changed our corner suite=two bedroom, when the air-conditioner was making way too much noise for my wife or me to sleep at night. They did it right away with no hassle to us.
Disliked: The food at the front desk to buy was pretty expensive and not healthy.

Liked: Clean and comfy beds.
Disliked: AC did not work. When raising the issue with staff the front desk manager was hostile and rude. The operations manager was unreachable and did not return any voicemails. Knew there was an issues in multiple rooms with AC units that did not work and refused to acknowledge the lack of quality and hospitality of their facility.
