Very nice place, not a...

Liked: Clean modern aesthetic, spacious shower, efficient kitchen and closet, easy charging setup for devices, first-rate breakfast included
Disliked: Strict and inflexible cancellation policy made it very costly to shift from Th-Fri to Fri-Sat after car repairs forced a delay of one day. We expected to pay more for the Saturday, but we were surprised that the property refused to honor the original Friday price, even when Booking staff spoke to them directly.

Management needs to care and...

Liked: The facilities were great; the room was comfortable, and the location was great. I would stay here again.
Disliked: The front desk staff. The person who checked me in was wonderful. But the kids (young adults) at the front desk were pathetic. No knowledge of anything when asked a question and when asked for direction to a post office I was told to use my gps. I know I have gps and yes I can use it but I’m asking YOU! In addition, I was not given any information about WiFi or breakfast hours. Wifi was easy to figure out and I learned when breakfast closed when I showed up at 9:45am to a closing breakfast bar. Breakfast was good the next day though

Disliked: Up charges are crazy. Two adults cost $95 with tax my dog and parking for one night was $99. With tax……hmm
