Clean; liked having a small kitchen; bed was comfortable and plenty of storage space. The free breakfast was one of the better I have seen. Good selection and the omelet was fluffy and not overcooked. Would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Disliked: Nothing I would consider bad or poor.

Had a very pleasant one-night stay; wanted to be by The Grove for a concert. Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable pricing.

Love this hotel, but slight...

Liked: Love the location, staff and rooms.
Disliked: Was told we had to pay for parking, because we booked through a third party site. But, after getting home and seeing my detailed copy of my reservation, it stated free parking for first vehicle, which we were charged $15 a day.Also, housekeeping left NO Hair Conditioner in container in shower and 2 tissues left in the tissue box.

Disliked: I am a type of person that always tries to leave a good review but I am also a believer that if I leave an honest review and mention the items that need attention it will help the property improve them and make them better for us guests to stay a longer time because it’s a comfortable hotel. The first item is the pool and spa, they need some love the pool and spa plaster is really deteriorated and makes the pool and spa look dirty and uninviting. They both need to be replastered. It also needs more pool furniture for more guests to enjoy the pool outside. The second item are the beds and sofa beds they are really uncomfortable I think the mattresses need to be replaced on both beds and sofa beds. Me and my wife slept on the bed and it was very uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. My son stayed on the sofa bed and he said in the morning dad you would think the sofa bed would be a lot more comfortable specially because the hotel is a Marriot. The third and worst item that I am really upset about is the breakfast. The sign and front desk said there is breakfast from 6:30am - 9:30am. We went to breakfast Tuesday August 12 Me, wife, and kids at 9:10am and the breakfast was closed. The breakfast bar had a sign that said closed and everting was out. Very very sad. I understand that your housekeepers might want to have everything cleaned at 9:30am because they were picking everything up at 9:10am but in that case do not announce the the breakfast is until 9:30am. The room wasn’t $50 dollars it was $234 so we really expected some type of breakfast in the morning so we went down thinking we had up to 9:30am. We have stayed at Marriots in Mexico and they have breakfast until the time they say and many times they leave the breakfast open for longer time. That is very sad that Marriots in Mexico offer a better service and sadly that they have more comfortable beds than here in the United States. Sad and disappointing.
