I was charged twice and...

Disliked: I was charged twice for my one night stay. Once by booking.com (authorized upon booking online) and then again by you guys (unauthorized) on the card I was told was required to provide upon check in for "incidentals". There were no incidentals and the charge was for the full amount of the one night stay, which I'd already paid for through booking.com.I have requested reimbursement numerous times. Now, almost a full month later, I still have not been reimbursed.
