Overall, I liked how this hotel had many different facilities but despised how disappointingly dirty my room and the hot

Liked: I liked that the property offered many different facilities such as an indoor pool, bbq grills, free breakfast, and a fitness center. I also liked how all the staff Ive talked to were friendly and willing to help in any situation.
Disliked: I didnt like the cleanliness of the property. When I first got to my room I saw crumbs on the kitchen counter, hand prints all over the body mirror, and a very bad odor in the kitchen. The elevators are all dirty and have hand prints all over for the whole time we were staying, the pool smells and looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while with all the stuff floating in it and its bad odor. The grills outside are all disgusting and look like theyve never been cleaned; they all have burnt food on the grill screens which make you lose your appetite just looking at it.
