Liked: I had the pleasure of staying at the Towneplace Suites by Marriot in Albany ga for 6 days from the day I checked in until my check everyone was friendly spoke and smiled which you don't find very often I want to personally thank Ms. Tamika the housekeeper their she went above her job duty and ensure my stay was pleasant my boyfriend birthday was June 16th and I wanted to ensure his day was special Ms. Tamika stepped in and made it happen words can't describe how thankful I am for her and the stuff I was at the site this back in February and Immediately notice the difference with the atmosphere great turn around Marriott

Liked: I like the scenery of the location beautiful front and backyard space
Disliked: The cleaning staff is lazy and no one took accountability for the lack of responsibility for the employees I asked for my room to be service to come back after being out all day to a dirty room no.clean towels or rags couldn't take a hot shower because I had to go back out to get personal items in order to take a shower reported the issue to the front desk the shook it off as if it was a normal process I also reported the issue with the front desk supervisor who apology was just as dry as a desert I will never stay at this location again no matter how beautiful the scenery is

Fair, but I doubt if...

Liked: The breakfast selection was fine as well as the location of the hotel.
Disliked: The room was not throughly clean it needed dusting and the bathroom toiletries were not replenished i.e. soap, body wash etc. The television in the bedroom didn’t work and the front desk didn’t know how to fix it. The lights in the room continued to go out requiring me to flip a switch in the breaker box. I was offered another room, but I declined. I didn’t feel like moving again after I had unpacked.
