Horrible service from a Marriott...

Liked: I like that I was given my money back
Disliked: The GM and the front desk staff need to be fired. They obviously don’t know the meaning of hospitality. The reservation was for a one room with a sofa”bed”…don’t be fooled! The so called sofa”bed” is a brick wrapped in vinyl. And! If you ask for a cushion, pillows, blankets….you will be told their cleaning staff is gone. Oh! And don’t display any digression cause they will cancel (not cancel) your reservation and give you 30 minutes to leave or have the police remove you. Mind you, this was at approximately 10pm with a minor. Save your money, read the reviews on their official site and stay far far away from this property! Seriously!!!!

Anytime I visit Aiken SC...

Liked: We travel with a small dog and are often disappointed with the accommodations. Your hotel not only accepts pets, it is a first class hotel. Clean, modern, large refrigerator and a kitchenette. Plenty of parking, easy entry, pleasant staff and a great breakfast.
Disliked: I can’t think of one thing that could have been better.
