Dingy; bad customer service; no continental breakfast; the cook quit and the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Customer service.

Liked: The check in process was quick and easy.
Disliked: The bedroom needed some serious updating. Smoke smell in the hallways, the smoke alarm was missing in the room, the room looked like had some damages done to the furniture, the shower rod was broken, it needed a new shower current, the bathroom needed some cleaning on the vent fan, the walls and carpet needed some cleaning and attention.

Liked: pillows were horrible bathtub was horrible the beds were bad and it smelled like cigarettes

Liked: I was able to get a room that night I had a hairline fracture to 3 ribs . Yes I fell at night 🌙 🙃 😪 thank God for the police virtue hospital they have been the most important part 🙏 of me serving 2 years in the streets crazy world I'm here thank God most of all . Amen.

Worst Hotel Ever!!

Disliked: Staff wouldn't clean the toilet good and staff are rude and nasty and staff stole money from me. I will never go to this hotel again. The rooms tv stand and draws was broken too. Can't get private transportion to come to hotel because of bribe from hotel and customers. Lucky I made it back home. Hotel is like a town trash dump.

Disliked: Unclean facilities. Sheets looked like they weren’t washed. Bathroom was dirty. Table lamp didn’t have a lamp shade. Ice machine in the hallway kept making loud noises through the night.
