Dingy; bad customer service; no continental breakfast; the cook quit and the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Customer service.

Nasty place and horrible service.

Disliked: The bed bugs on the wall, mold in the tub, broken refrigerator, dirt on the walls dirt buildup under the windows. The front desk person threw my ID on the counter as well as I bank card.

Liked: The old front desk workers that communicate with ease.
Disliked: The new front desk member does a very poor job with communication price change and obviously don't know how to do his job and falsely claiming he can not give me contact information for manager then says he's the manager. Unacceptable

Liked: The room they have pictured on the website are not what you find onsite. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in months. The carpet obviously wasn’t vacuumed recently. The walls were covered in stains.
Disliked: It could’ve been cleaned. It looked like the only thing they might’ve changed was the sheets.
