Dingy; bad customer service; no continental breakfast; the cook quit and the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional.

Poor hotel for high price.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The facilities were run down and the pool is not open. Yes they have a pool but they do not open it. And has not been open in years since it was a Ramada inn. The bathroom was not clean. There was food on the floor under the counter. The fridge kept opening up and it did not keep anything cold. There was a block of ice in the back of the fridge. The beds were run down and had a dip in the middle from broken frames. The comforter has cigarette burns all over it. And there was a mildew smell in the room that irritated all of our lungs and we had to use a nebulizer throughout the night while we were sleeping. We couldn't even breathe in the room.

Liked: Location and price was good plus it had free WiFi with no passcode to log on
Disliked: They only put one rag in the bathroom && 3 towels lol the tub water kept running , the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way , tub rusty and mold on bathroom ceilings.

Over priced for the level...

Liked: Was very dirty. Floor had trash all over it. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.
Disliked: Not clean. Beds felt caved in at the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable
