Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking garage not well labeled for exit with vehicle.

I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Disliked: AC was not working properly, The bedroom did not get cold.

Liked: Spacious rooms, basically a converted apartment building into a hotel. So it was a former 2 bedroom apartment.
Disliked: Basically through pillows for pillows on a king size bed, would at least expect proper pillows.

A convenient location overshadowed by...

Liked: The location is fairly convenient, with decent access to metro and bus lines.
Disliked: The hotel is in a very busy area, and unfortunately, the noise from the street was constant—day and night. The windows and walls didn’t offer much in terms of sound or thermal insulation, which made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably.Another downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which became quite uncomfortable during warmer days. Additionally, the hotel does not offer breakfast on site. Instead, they provide vouchers for a nearby coffee shop, but the options are extremely limited—just eggs, tomatoes, avocado toast, and tea or coffee.

Disliked: Opening the main door was a task. Had to try several times to open due to some mechanical issue
