I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Apart from breakfast issue our...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Was disappointed when we arrived to be informed that they did not do breakfast anymore that was not what was advertised. Was given a token to take to a cafe for a drink and a muffin that is not what I paid for and was very disappointed

Great location.

Liked: All the staff members I spoke to were all polite and respectful.On check in the lady on reception was very welcoming I didn’t get her name but she was a credit to the staff.the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: Only negative thing about the room was that all the doors needed painted and that alone would make a big difference to the room.

I can't think of a...

Liked: The rooms in the Town Inn Suites are twice the size of a normal hotel room, or even a suite. They have full kitchens, lovely furniture and appointments, and they're very quiet.
Disliked: The Air Conditioner is in the living room, not the bedroom---and the little fan that's supposed to pull cooler (or warmer) air from the living room to the bedroom wasn't working.

Passable

Liked: Booking.com gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which is basically a whole apartment for four persons. Very big rooms and even a walk-in closet. The parking garage is very convenient
Disliked: Very old building that needs maintenance. Furniture is crooked and the mattress was very very hard. The coffee cups of the previous visitor were still in the coffee machine and there were still lots of crumbs on the coffee table. Not the quality you expect for the price.
