Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Parking garage not well labeled for exit with vehicle.

I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.

Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

A convenient and very comfortable...

Liked: Location was great& having our own kitchen facilities and space to move around in was appreciated.
Disliked: We couldn’t access the balcony. The property no longer offered breakfast but gave us vouchers to a local cafe, this was great but the choice was restricted to a very limited and basic offering. The property advertised on your site that it had a fitness/ wellness facility- this was no longer the case which was disappointing.

Perfect as the final place...

Liked: The suite was above our expectations… and needs. Very comfortable beds, very large bedrooms and living room. Location next to the subway, grocery stores and restaurants.
Disliked: Makeover of the bathroom will make the suite perfect.

Liked: Staff are warm and accommodating. The room we stayed in was renovated. Breakfast was good, but the option is limited to a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate and a muffin or croissant.

Spring Break

Liked: The friendly and helpful staff and the good location were definitely the best during our 9-day stay. The apartment was spacious for the two of us and was well equipped for all our needs. The laundry room was a great help so we didn't have to pack much. The breakfast at a local cafe just around the corner was exceptional! They provided balanced and healthy options that came with a great variety to feed any hungry stomachs in the morning.
Disliked: Some facilities were not working in our room. We didn't send any request for repair because we didn't have much use of them (bedside lamp). Still, it'd be nice if there is nothing broken. The lack of gym facilities was slightly inconvenient.

Exceptional

I love the location above...

Liked: The apartment is clean but somewhat run down and dated. A fresh coat of paint in the areas where the average person doesn't look would do a world of wonders. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again!
