I enjoyed my room - it was like a cute little apartment, although the pictures on the website are NOTHING like the rooms themselves. Huge let down but it was a good stay. Upon arrival I checked the bed and it had hair and crumbs and who knows what else under the first sheet. Called the front desk and had replacements no problem.
Liked: Excellent customer service and location.
Disliked: Bed wasn't clean on arrival.

Superb
Liked: Good location for walking to sites. Great to have a kitchen and living room.
Disliked: The living room couch should have pillows and a throw to make TV watching more comfortable. Also, visitors should be able to access their own streaming services on the TV (e.g. Netflix).

I think Its pretty good...
Liked: I could not get the heater to warm up the room and I was afraid that this might be a problem or inconvenience because it was cold outside. However, two technicians showed up in about 15 minutes - I wasn't even expecting them because I had only texted the problem to the front desk. They had it adjusted for maximum heat in less than 2 minutes. I had to turn the heater off after a while lol. That small quick fix made the rest of my stay relaxing and pleasant. P.S. However, I didn't like being locked off the balcony - even on the 3rd floor, I still love to be able to get outside and see the views.
