Good service bad bed

Liked: Ac was very strong send cold and tv had alot of good channels
Disliked: The bed was very comfortable but it made to much noise everytime I would move or turn

just disappointing overall

Disliked: Had tried to call the property to see if I could do an early check-in. Every number that was available for the property was disconnected so when I finally went to check in the room that I booked was damaged from the night before so I had to get another room Which was a big inconvenience. for the amount of money that was being charged some major upgrades need to be done. Paint and plaster were falling from the walls. The tub needs to be redone and just overall spruce up.
