Liked: The bed was comfortable.The location was great.
Disliked: I contacted the front desk from San Antonio Airport when told my flight was changed,they assured me all was well & they would make management aware of my later arrival. Informed Booking.com, who assured me they would also inform the Hotel.Arrived the next day & was told my room was canceled because I was a no-show, had no messages documented & no other rooms available!After pointless explanations, I sat down to reserve a different hotel when suddenly there was an availability!As soon as I laid down on bed, a roach-like black bug fell on me from the headboard. The TV would not turn on, I couldn't raise the room temperature so I was very uncomfortably cold all night & I couldn't call the office because there was no cord connection to the telephone!There was barely any Shampoo/Body wash in container, had to use the hand wash.Door lock tricky, would be so good if you had another lock guard on inside of door.
