Liked: Spacious and clean room located only a short drive from downtown Charleston. Nice and quiet
Disliked: The receptionist was very unhelpful on check in. Pillows were really lumpy

Disliked: Expensive. More of a business, conference than a family, vacation hotel. Should have included breakfast for the daily rate. Also, 1st floor ice maker out.

I will not go back

Liked: We have been coming to this property for years and it continues to go down hill. They have not upgraded anything in years and it is tired and dirty. The sheets were never cleaned and housekeeping missed us entirely. Dirty towels, sheets, trash left in the room. The front desk basically shrugged and said I could come to the front desk for towels. The food is very mediocre and it is miles strong the historic district. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
