Liked: Excellent location. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Great price. Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The flowers all around the place were beautiful.

Our stay was perfect;perfect amount...

Liked: The Town and Beach Motel was everything we were expecting and more. The location is perfect right on Main Street in historic Falmouth with all the restaurants and shops at your doorstep! The room was the perfect size, with a King bed, table & Chairs and a small dresser. I can't say enough about the cleanliness! Some of the fixtures are old however, it goes unnoticed because how pristine they keep their rooms!
Disliked: We truly enjoyed the warm and welcoming feeling of the Town and Beach motel! I messaged ahead to ask if they would leave a note in our room for my sister's 50th Birthday. Virginia and her staff did not just leave a note, they had a CARD, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY sign and a cute 3d Birthday sign on the table!! It was so fun to see my sisters surprise upon walking into the room!!They also , have Beach towels, umbrellas and bags should you forget yours !

Liked: Old fashioned, wood paneling, conveniently located to Falmouth Center. Less than 1/2 mile walk to beach. Clean, good shower.
Disliked: Parking is tight.

Liked: Room is clean and cozy. Pretty spacious so that you are not bothered by your open luggage. Nothing fancy but it is to be expected for that price. Walking distance to main street shops and restaurants. Must visit a french bakery nearby - pricy but worth it. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is farther away, so think about that when choosing your route. Seems very safe and they allowed us to use the parking space for a bit longer after checkout.
Disliked: The room is connected with another room by a locked door, so you can hear the people on the other side. But not a big deal.

Liked: Location is great and the housekeeping very good.The staff are lovely . This is where I always stay when I come to Falmouth.

Liked: It was clean, very close to downtown Falmouth. The owner was really nice! We were happy with it.
Disliked: Nothing. It's not modern, and you get what you pay for, just to let you know.

Liked: It's was cute, Motel, with outdoor seating, walking distance to everything. Terry (the owner) was so sweet. I left my PJs there and kept them aside for me until I came back from the island a couple of days later. Plus, she was just so friendly and accommodating. Everyone should give her your buisness
