Great location, cleqn and comfortable...
Liked: Great location, right in town, walk to shops and restaurants. The room was outdated but clean and comfortable. Very affordable for the price I paid.
Disliked: Outdated, but that is reflected in the price so it was overall a good value for me.

Walk, okay drive through the...
Liked: Absolutely, positively, the number one feature is location, location, location. Park your car here. You will NOT need it anymore. You can WALK everywhere from here. Yes, this place is charming with a capital C. Yes, the staff is more accommodating than a doting grandmother. I am a native Bostonian, but if you are from anywhere in the world and you stay here, you can go home and tell everyone that you have experienced Cape Cod. Again, Location! Location! Location! You are between Betsy’s Diner and Country Fare. Okay, I better mention Saint Patrick’s Church. Across the street from Country Fare is a small park with a Memorial Walk demonstrating that Falmouth has given more than its fair share of young men to secure America’s freedom. Also in this park in front of the very large town library is a statue of Katherine Lee Bates who wrote “America the Beautiful.” Who knew? I am a very healthy 75 and I have walked to the ocean from here. It is now the first week of October, but if you had a bicycle, you would probably not have to complain about traffic if you were here in July. I never write one of these things, but if you stay here, you’ll be glad that I did.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I only had enough time to stay here one night.
