Liked: Location
Disliked: Filthy, broken drawers, crusty white splashes on furniture, knife slash in the mattress, broken window that didn’t lock.

Liked: The room came with a mini fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The bed was to squeaky. It was hard to sleep.

Liked: It was clean and well lighted. Plenty of parking and not far from the freeway.
Disliked: The bed was to sweetly so it was hard to sleep.

Very poor

Liked: The other tents were very loud and scary to us and they would be knocking on the door jumping on. The stairs right in front of the door and the stairs are only for my room no one else's and this was going on at 2 pm in the morning and then there was a couple fight out side at that time and a bunch of people that I'm petty as ure we're on drugs of so kind so we didn't even stay there the whole time we were supposed to we drove back to la twice at 2 in the morning because of these things that were going on we were there for business so we had to keep going back but we we're scared of stay stay there we had to stay for 4 night and only two of them when actually stay the hole night but didn't get much sleep when we did stay the night there so I wasn't a pleasant stay
Disliked: I didn't like any of it at all the owner was very rude and had a lot of drugies that stayed there and there that went up all night make a lot of ruckus and noise

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: Mattress felt like box springs, metal springs very uncomfortable; pillows were flat as a pancake; room was half painted; patches on walls were not painted; ice machine broken (for quite some time); bathtub had been painted but was chipping;room looked like it was mid demo; nothing was good. Absolutely felt ripped off. Would have been better off sleeping in the car.

Bad

The place is sleezy and...

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi didn't stay on. The ice machine didn't work. The beds were hard and lumpy. The pillow was flat as a board, but you did get two. The tub drain had a loose cover over it that didn't cover the hole. The patch and paint job were really done badly and looked terrible. The neighbors were noisy, and you could hear right thru the walls. After we checked in the manager left the office and didn't return at all that we saw. We left at 7am and the office was still empty. We never really felt safe with the long-term neighbors living there. We will never go back.
