As soon has you enter the hotel you could tell that it was a classy hotel. I was greeted by a member of staff who directed me to the desk to check in; the staff were all so helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was first class - plenty of everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they need to stay in London.

Liked: If you're looking for good-quality, simple, serviced apartments in a great location, this is ideal. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly enough but not overly customer-focused, which met our expectations of a self-service apartment.

I definitely stay here again.

Liked: Great location. Easy access to the attractions such as the London eye and Bigben. However, by the Tower Bridge which is a less touristy area and was great for our family. Away from the hustle and bustle of all the touristy areas yet close enough if you needed to reach the tube to go to the other tourist sites. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Very disappointing experience — unsanitary and unprofessional, but good concierge serviceI had a very upsetting experience during my stay. The first room I was given had bugs, and I was bitten all over my body. I requested a room change, and in the second room, I was shocked to find a face towel covered in body hair — including beard hair, and the toilet smelled strongly like mud, which made the room uncomfortable and unpleasant.To make things worse, today I had two unexpected knocks on my door — once by someone from housekeeping who entered the room without a clear reason, and again by another staff member asking, “Did you request any service?” even though I hadn’t. This felt intrusive and unprofessional, and disrupted my peace.That said, the concierge service was polite and helpful, which I appreciated.However, the poor hygiene standards and lack of respect for guest privacy made this stay disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic cleanliness and professionalism.
