Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

As soon has you enter the hotel you could tell that it was a classy hotel. I was greeted by a member of staff who directed me to the desk to check in; the staff were all so helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was first class - plenty of everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they need to stay in London.

Disliked: Air con broke, no windows to open in July. Terrible smell of sewage, was offered a free breakfast to compensate for this. Not what you expect from a hotel with this rating. Extremely disappointing. Should have been informed of the broken air con on check in to give us opportunity to sort alternative accommodation. Room a lot smaller than advertised, no seating area despite pictures showing this.

Disliked: The AC was broken during the entire stay made it very difficult to sleep for all the nights. The reception never informed about this during check in which was a huge disappointment. They did add a cooler in the room which was not very effective had to keep the windows open which made the room noisy from the outside. This just ruined our London Experience.
