Tower Suites by Blue Orchid

As soon has you enter the hotel you could tell that it was a classy hotel. I was greeted by a member of staff who directed me to the desk to check in; the staff were all so helpful. The room was spotless and well stocked with tea and coffee. The breakfast was first class - plenty of everything. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they need to stay in London.

Great convenient hotel in a...

Liked: Excellent location, neat, clean hotel to stay. The room was spacious, with a little kitchennette and laundry. We could save a load on washing clothes with the convenience. The hotel is well located to the Tower Bridge and great access to touristic locations.
Disliked: The windows and blinds are not really effective at blocking out the full sunlight. But it did make sure we woke up bright and early!

Perfect Chioce For a Family...

Liked: My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Tower suites. The staff were really helpful, the location was great and eas of transportation was super as the hotel has close proximity to the Tower Hill train station. Getting Uber, Taxi's or taking the bus was also pretty easy. I will definitely stay here again. The Italian restaurant had great food.
Disliked: No complains what so ever.

Amazing, chic hotel experience!

Liked: Beautiful! I also got a free upgrade on my room which was amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. It smelled amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Food was so good at breakfast every morning with lots of options from cereal, hot porridge, fruit, continental breakfast items and hot breakfast, coffee options and cold beverages as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is also quite central to a few interesting tourist attractions and bars/restaurants

Disliked: Bad behavior from the staff that work in the reception, I was having already room and want to extend, and I have already done the extend in booking.com , but how she said to me even if I have booking I should leave the room ? That was really annoying, even her manager was also bad behavior, that was really bad experience
