Disliked: The management and cleaning lady were rude and argumentative. We were accused of stealing a remote control that we never received at check in. The ice machine was slow and rickety. The maid lived there and got into a huge screaming match with a customer and he slapped her and she slammed the door. That was disturbing especially since the management lived on the premises and made no attempt to stop them. They pounded on our door 10 mins before check out so we could check out right away. We apologized and asked for 10 mins to get our things out. They threatened to keep our deposit. They frowned on service dogs and wouldn't allow him without a $100 deposit plus $50 for humans. What the heck man, they had me pegged so wrong. Finally after I schooled them on my rights and that I was protected by ADA. They said that they didn't allow animals. The law says that they have to and that they can't charge us extra because he counts as a family member and that I wasn't required to show any paperwork and that they couldn't ask for it. The stay itself was not great but it was doable. The mean staff is who made this horrible review possible.

A disaster and bookings did...

Liked: Absolutely nothing from the minute we checked in you could see a lady doing meth in her room. When I went in my actual room I seen a roach crawling on the head board and in the bathroom near the toilet.
Disliked: The whole facility was terrible there is no actual maid service. There was dried up blood on our pillow and sheets and the cleaning lady tried to say it was us. When it was not the whole place is disgusting. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS FACILITY THE MANAGER DOES NOTHING TO HELP EITHER REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND.
