Disliked: This was probably the worst experience I have had when it comes to staying in a hotel. Upon arrival, I was given a different room than I booked. I talked to the manager and they then put us in a hotel next-door. Again, still not the room that I had booked. Then an hour later at 9:30 PM in the evening the manager called me and tells me I need to check out in the morning and transfer to a different room. I was then put in the room that I had booked in the hotel that I had booked. Overall, such inconveniences which affected our entire stay.

Great Stay at Tower Inn...

Liked: Tower Inn and Suites was the perfect location for visiting our family and attending a family wedding. The rooms were private and comfortable. The staff was courteous and kind and available to assist or answer any questions. And the owners were wonderful!
Disliked: The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, however, there is a terrific diner right across the street within easy walking distance that offers a terrific breakfast!

Liked: Tower Inn and Suites is a quaint hotel in a perfect location for visiting local CT towns, heading to the airport in Hartford, or attending a wedding or gathering along the coast. The owners were super friendly, professional and courteous and the rooms were clean, private and very comfortable.
