A really friendly hotel with...

Liked: Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, we had tea and coffee facilities (and biscuits!!), it had a fridge too with water in it. The bar was also very nice.
Disliked: The heating was on in the room which made it extremely hot.

Liked: The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel was in a great situation in the middle of the old quarter of Lincoln.
Disliked: The staff were very busy and so not especially friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing. I wanted smashed avocado but the delivery hadn't arrived.

Lovely hotel in great location...

Liked: We enjoyed the bat in the evening, great range of beers which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful location in the castle area. Breakfast very good. Room clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and amenable.
