Liked: The room was spotless and the whole place felt like a luxury hotel on a slightly smaller scale. Breakfast was fantastic and the whole place had a touch of class about it.

Superb

Liked: Friendly owners and clean well organised property.
Disliked: Not centrally located in York. That wouldn’t have normally been an issue with us however weather was quite rainy and walking into town got us drenched a few times. Not the owner’s fault; just our bad choice of dates with respect to weather.

Liked: We had a lovely stay. The Host was very welcoming and the room was beautiful. Checking in was very easy and the breakfasts were piping hot and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The weather could have been a bit better ...
