We feel ripped off

Disliked: Heating was on constant and the radiators couldn't be switched off. My partner has a skin condition and was very uncomfortable in the night. When it came to checking out, we were charged for breakfast - we were told that bookings on booking.com did not include breakfast. When I got home, I checked the screenshots of my booking, and it stated clearly that breakfast was included. I emailed the hotel for their response, and got no reply.
