Liked: Perfect location, very efficient staff at reception desk, rooms are very clean but quite small. Very comfortable bed! Good shower! Good breakfast!
Disliked: Staff at the restaurant very confused, some good some bad, though the food is great. You can hear noise from the street at late hours and on the middle of the night! I ordered tea at the reception bar and it took 30 min to make it! The service at the bar and breakfast room is unstable!

Liked: Really nice presentation of the hotel and the room. Restaurant was great for bed as Keats. Great location.
Disliked: A bit worn in room. Was in room 301 and there should be some barrier/door to the bathroom so that you don’t look into the bathroom while lying on the bed.

Disliked: I was just unlucky that they were undergoing renovations for my stay. They did compensate with complimentary mini bar for the night.
