Liked: Everything. Just a thought to have a lil rubbish bin upstairs. Other than that great.Loved the welcome note and the chocolate. It’s the little things that matter.
Disliked: A bit pricey but that’s the world nowadays.

Friendly and comfortable with good...

Liked: Staff friendly and lovely touch with personalised card and chocolate. Rooms made up beautifully. Bed very comfortable, as was duvet and pillows. Nice fluffy towels and plenty of them along with good quality wash, shower cap, makeup remover etc.
Disliked: Our room had very thin walls which unfortunately meant we were woken early hours (4am first morning) to person next door coughing, making coffee, opening cupboards. Initially thought they were in our room. Same again on 3rd night. Corridors quiet but studio rooms would benefit from improved wall insulation.

Liked: The person on the front desk stayed late as we were running late due to the ferry being delayed - great customer service.The room was very comfortable and well appointed.
