Liked: Perfect location and amazing accomedation
Disliked: They lost 1 point due to the manner of selling breakfast and the threatening way they wish to sell breakfast for 39€ at checkin, and they warn you if you dont you will pay 55€ in morning.To the owners and managers of hotel, whoever came up with this policy has no clue of customer service and must be removed from position immediately, I feel bad for reception staff.For such a high end establishment, please tell guests 1 price either 39 or 55€, but not threaten us at checkin if we don’t take it it will be more in morning, terrible terrible policy.Please tell me the first name and last name of person who decided to threaten guests at checkin that price will be higher in morning, this person has no contact or knowledge how to deal with guests.Your establishment is at a level you don’t need to push people or threaten to buy at checkin, never seen such unprofessional display of selling breakfast at checkin, when you should be kind and welcome guests.Hope this review changes this terrible pricing for breakfast and manner to sell at checkin. Change this and you are 10/10
