Disliked: Towel rails, taps etc were made for giants.. so high up! It not only looks ridiculous but also very inconvenient to use..

Disliked: The room was cold. They had 2 cracked power switches in the room and one was in the bathroom near the sink. The emergency light that was in the room had no cover over it and wires were exposed

Excellent stay for families and...

Liked: Location was good even though its not by Torquay's main shopping area. There are some restaurants nearby but some closed early. Each room has its own parking slot just in front of your room door. Room and toilet was clean, and unlike some places, have instant hot water - especially appreciated during winter months. The guy at the reception was friendly and attentive - even asked if it was our first time visiting the area and if we needed any guidance or advice.
Disliked: As shared by some other reviewers, the music from the pub/restaurant can be heard from our room (even though ours were the last one at the end of the block).
