Budget friendly hotel for accommodation,...

Liked: The hotel itself was pleasant and the meals were good, staff were mostly friendly but a bit hit and miss as some not so helpful and friendly
Disliked: The hotel room was very old and run down and being the middle of winter the room was very cold even with the air-con on 30 deg, we could not get the room to warm up.
