Liked: The hotel interior is modern, the location is convenient, and our room was clean. Front desk staff were polite.
Disliked: This is not the Marriott experience travelers expect. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties around the world, and nowhere have I encountered a pool shared with residents from another building—with no clear warning at booking. The pool was unusable both days we stayed. Kids were diving, eating, yelling, and on one occasion a mother was pushing her son so hard during swimming lessons that his lips were bleeding. We reported the incident respectfully, but nothing was done. It felt more like a community center than a hotel amenity.

Liked: Standards were high. Staff were very helpful and professional. Food was good. Toiletries smelled nice.
Disliked: Room too hot and fan too loud. Duvet cover a bit strange. More selection in shop as no other shop or supermarket around for miles. Bathroom sink has coffee marks in. Marks on loo seat too. Shower pressure too low.
