I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.
Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Okay hotel that has what...
Liked: The property was in a nice location and clean. And had good facilities, pools, bar and snack bar
Disliked: Not all rooms had balconies, the room we were in you couldn’t open the windows so it smelled from the air conditioning. I would have preferred a kettle than the coffee machine thing.

Disliked: Bathroom was in poor condition and needed renovation. The tub had surface enamel patches missing. Bathroom only superficially cleaned. Hair on wall in bathtub! Ugh!

The stay was below expectations...
Disliked: The room had an unpleasant smell and felt very old. The cleanliness was below expectationsI found hair in the bathtub, the toilet water tank wasn’t working properly and the bathroom exhaust fan were not working. Additionally, I was charged $40 for checking in just three hours early, even though the room was already ready. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this extra fee.
