I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.

Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Liked: Price.
Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Quite disappointing overall.

Disliked: When checking in, the clerk tried to charge for the room again on top of the deposit, even though the room was prepaid. The clerk didn't say what monies were being charged when he handed me the debit machine to pay for the deposit. I could have easily used my chip without seeing the extra charges. I wonder how many people have fallen for paying for a room twice. A $250 deposit was required that was not returned upon checking out like I have always experienced, and is a very simple return on the debit machine that takes seconds, but I had to wait until Monday late afternoon to be transferred, only after I had to call to find out what was happening. Then it was immediately transferred after almost 13 minutes of being hold, for no discernible reason.Upon entry, there was a strong, stale smoke/overall unclean smell in the room and we had to open the sliding door to allow fresh air in. The toilet had a leak and we were lucky enough to hear the reservoir refill every 8-10 minutes throughout our stay. The toilet seat was not fastened on the right side either. There was a solitary pubic hair lying in the back of the basin of the bathtub which obviously had not cleaned prior to, at least, our arrival. Cigarette burns were in various areas of the carpet. But a sign on the sliding doors warning there'd be a 250 dollar charge to our room if we smoked or vaped on the balcony. Odd, considering the cigarette smoke odour of the room and the obvious and noticeable weed smell in the hallway air every time we would leave or return to our room.We were placed across from a lovely couple with a toddler that kept walking it in the hallway to occupy its time and they were kind enough to leave their door open so they could have conversations with each other.
