I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.

Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Liked: Very quite. Clean. Heated bathroom floor. Perfect location to access from the 401 and right beside a bus stop that took us straight to the Danforth Music Hall.

Our family looks forward to...

Liked: Staff was incredibly helpful, respectful, and kind. Hotel was very clean and very quiet. It was a very restful retreat and restaurant was very enjoyable with great food and staff as well.
Disliked: Parking was a little challenging at times, but we were always able to find a spot.

Very poor

Disliked: Cleanliness was the major issue. Bed sheets were not very clean. Some marks made me concerned there could be bed bugs. Hair and lint on sheets and towels.

Really awesome and great value...

Liked: Great spot and well-equipped! I’d come again.
Disliked: Just some feedback - the restaurant service was really slow because they were understaffed, and the girl on the reception in the evening was totally uncommunicative. Also the shower in my room (202) didn’t work properly - didn’t stay on.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, quiet...

Liked: Easy check-in, very friendly staff all around, quiet parking view with very minimal noise from the road.
Disliked: Some other customers were smoking on their balcony and the smoke filled our room from time to time.
