Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites

I was very pleased overall with this hotel. I was particularly pleased with the availability of transportation to and from my event on Saturday. My only complaint is that the WiFi went out a couple of times and had to be restarted.

Liked: Excellent room and excellent service from your staff.
Disliked: WiFi Internet a little spotty.

Disliked: The room smelled like someone had just had a smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The smell never left over the 20 hours we were there. You shouldn't have to pay $12 a day for parking. We drove around the lots for 20 minutes on Saturday night trying to find a spot. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They are efficient but not friendly. They treat you like you are an inconvenience to them.

Disliked: WiFi connection was an issue. In the middle of the corridor, but they couldn’t figure it out why I was facing connection issue. Didn’t show seriousness in resolving the issue. The 2nd time IT didn’t call.
