Small room. Not well renovated....

Disliked: Poorly renovated room with tacks in the carpet where cupboards had been removed.

Liked: Not much- the bedding seemed clean
Disliked: The reception lady was quite hostile and the policy around pets was NOT welcoming.

Liked: Billie the receptionist was delightful ,bright and cheery, the room was very clean great to be able to bring our dog
Disliked: small room needed repairs ,the bathroom handle falling off, toilet roll holder fell off when using the paper .Furniture had been removed or moved around but the walls wernt painted and left it very untidy worst of all were the rock hard beds and pillows and the noise of cars and trucks all night then the birds from 3 am I bought ear plugs
