Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: The parking situation, had to park quite far away.

Liked: Good location near to all amenities, staff were good especially Steve had a good chat with him l ask for a fan i got it nothing too much trouble.
Disliked: In my room I noticed cobweb near the bathroom window obviously been missed when cleaning the bed was down on its springs made it bit uncomfortable.

Disliked: Dirty shower, used bar of soap, stains on sheet, dirty floor, and no tea or coffee in tray upon arrival.

Disliked: I understand the weather was unusually hot, but the room was ridiculously hot with little to no ventilation. A fan was provided but stopped working which made for a very uncomfortable night

A reasonably priced well located...

Liked: Excellent location. Close to rail station. Welcoming friendly staff. Large airy lounge/bar & breakfast room. Good breakfast choice of cereals, toast, juice cooked items eg full english or eggs on toast. Smart reception area. Rooms clean & tidy with replenished tea/coffe/milk. Towels changed daily if preferred or as you wished. Quiet at night.
Disliked: Our room was incredibly stuffy as there was an unexpected heatwave and no air con or fan provided The en suite was very compact and you had to be quite flexible and lithe to safely enter the shower whilst traversing the loo. The sliding door was a bit precarious pushing outwards as you opened/closed.
