Great hotel, good location, friendly...

Liked: Room was great, accommodated my request for an early breakfast as I was running the London Marathon and needed to leave the property early.

Liked: The breakfast was good but some of the seating was very awkward to access when surrounding tables in use. Location for tube stations good.
Disliked: The room was very small and exceptionally hot despite using the air conditioning unit and portable fan. Dust in corners and on top of wardrobe shows a lack of deep cleaning.

Disliked: Bed wasn't very comfortable, poor sound proofing

Liked: The location is amazing if you need to be in West London, clean and well organised room. No frills, but for the price it really provided more than I had expected. Will for sure stay again!
