Worst Motel in America

Disliked: Buyer Beware!!! You will regret booking here, unless ur looking to stay at an ugly version of the Bates Motel. Rusted radiators, dirty microwave, mud on the door, black finger prints and paint patches on green painted walls, dingy and smelly, grey hand towels and a dishonest owner who kicked us out after booking.com contacted him for a reimbursement. Worst of all after, after being a long-time patron and earning a "genius 2", I was told booking.com could not give me a reimbursement if the owner did not concede. I am asking now my credit card company to intervene, it was fraud since we were kicked out and never received the services. I also asked the owner for a reimbursement and he refused. Worst experience ever!

Liked: The location was the only positive about this place
Disliked: The traffic was loud (which is whatever) the AC barely worked and was also loud when it did. The heat didn't work. The hot water in the shower worked at night, but barely. I took a cold shower in the morning. I froze my ass off the entire time, essentially.Housekeeping is lazy and I say that as a professional cleaner of over 10 years. I've worked in residential and hotels for many years. When I was a supervisor, if any of my housekeepers did such a lousy job, they'd have been fired.

Liked: Everything was nice and quiet.
Disliked: That only thing I didn't like was that i had a king-size bed with 3 pillows for 2 people.

Very good

Liked: We stayed here to be close to SPAC for a concert. The room was clean, the staff at the check-in desk was pleasant and welcoming, and check-out was easy. We're planning additional trips to SPAC for future concerts and would definitely stay here again.

The service was very bad....

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The place was disgusting and reeked of cigarettes. We were honestly scared to stay here. Our bed sheets and comforters were very thin and uncomfortable. Things in the room were broken.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and informative, hotel is only a short distance from shopping centers, attractions and restaurants in the area! It's a tiny little motel with old school charm and personality! Great stay! No breakfast included, but there are so many places to enjoy a real home cooked breakfast and spend time with family and plan your day!
